In 2010 there was a re-issue of the turquoise-lettered version, supposedly limited to only 1000 copies. The release was not approved by the band, and was subsequently withdrawn from the marketplace when they found out about it. This applies to all editions – and 1st turquoise with uncorrected matrixes, and with corrected, and Warner. Needless to say the vinyl is in pristine condition, the sleeve has very little wear, just the typical burred corners otherwise outstanding. My first car was a 1962 Mercury Comet, bought it from a neighbor whose husband had passed away (it had been his daily driver). Their self-titled debut was released in 1968 and thus cemented the band’s place in rock history forever. The 4th pressing on green and orange label has a different catalogue number (K 40031) with WEA on labels and also has orange lettering sleeve. One of the titans of rock history, Led Zeppelin has a near-flawless discography whose consistency continues to amaze. Double CD - Deluxe 2 CD package with the original artwork, plus the newly created negative artwork for the companion audio.

Without these technologies, things like personalised recommendations, your account preferences, or localisation may not work correctly. Although the first UK pressing of 1 is astronomical mint if records are graded properly then VG+ should be quite good to listen to on normal (not audiophile) players. This 1st pressing variation has turquoise sleeve lettering (like this one) and Superhype Music/Jewel Music Publishing credits labels. But these editions were released with different matrices at different factories in different time in huge quantities.

Led Zeppelin, on the other hand, went into Olympic Studios with engineer Glyn Johns and produced an excellent-sounding debut—not Johns’ finest effort, but good enough. If it’s titled “2 Originals of Led Zeppelin” with a catalog number ATL 80 005, it’s a withdrawn set released in 1974 in Germany and Yugoslavia only. First a word about bootlegs: A bootleg is a recording that is not commercially available to the public (such as a live concert recording never released by the label).
